Is Argo Hall the best dorm at UCSD?

Students rated Argo Hall a 2.9/5 stars. Here's what they had to say.

I lived in Argo Hall freshman year and it’s a pretty tight space for a triple. Also, I had a connected bathroom shared between 16 girls which made the bathrooms pretty messy. But it’s right next to the dining hall and was a good location in terms of distance to my classes.

This review is specifically for Argo. I want to say I enjoyed my time at Argo. It's not perfect but enjoyable. So here are the pros and con to Argo Pros: * It's near a lot of cool facilities. The main gym is close to Aargo and so is the keeling gym. There is a basketball court as well Not only that but there's a parking lot right by Argo which makes it easy to get picked up by a car. * Near some popular lecture halls and classrooms. Meaning you don't have to walk too far to get to class * It's right by 64 which is arguably one of the best dining halls * the corner rooms are big. I stayed in the corner room during summer orientation and I remember it being very big. This gave me a false perception of the actual dorms which means me to Cons: * Argo is very tiny. Eventually, I found a way to make due but I often had to walk around my roommates and I could never invite too many people over. Our common area was super smalled compared to other college's(Like ERC and Muir) * The bathroom is very small and there isn't much privacy. There are two showers next to each other and the only thing that operates them is glass that doesn't perfectly conceal the other person. * Doing laundry is a bitch here. Only two machines on each floor and often time both are in use. There have been days when all of them are full so I had to go back and wait Overall though, I like Argo and enjoyed my stay here. However, if you are someone who absolutely needs space, Argo isn't for you.
