Is Wall Hall the best dorm at UC Davis?

I lived really close to the stairs, and right across the hall from the gender neutral bathroom. Pros: -having a double gave me a lot of space -right next to bathroom, so was super easy to go back and forth when showering, and just more convenient in general -I was next to the stairs, so for more social people it was easy to meet everyone since people need to pass by your room all the time -your key card gives you access to Wall Main, which is a popular study lounge for many students, and especially useful if completing pledging projects. Also has a kitchen. -right next to parking lot so easy to move in and out, plus easy for ubers Cons -my floor had two RAs, which I felt was unnecessary, especially since one was strict -people will ask you to let them into wall main -located in the southern-most part of campus, so sometimes inconvenient to go to and from class or visit other dorms Other -mostly bio/premed majors, so lots of studying was done in the lounges -4th floor is all girls

I thought it was pretty comfortable. it is really useful if you are premed in hope to go to med school or something related to health since your RA and the peer advisors that go help you a lot whether you should take certain classes or not.

This Hall is where I spent a good majority of my 3 years at Davis thus far. I met like a third of my college friends here in the Health Sciences living community, met my significant other as the boy next door, learned how to cook in the communal kitchen, studied for literally 100s of hour in the main study area all three years, did projects here as a pledge to a frat, and was close to the quad area and tercero DC. Biking the straight path to the ARC was not even far, and as a STEM major (NPB), I was so close to all the lecture halls. Once the pandemic is done I will probably study there as a 4th year and pull a few more all nighters just like the good ole days, and I plan on taking some grad photos here to commemorate.
