Is Cottonwood Hall the best dorm at UC Davis?

Students rated Cottonwood Hall a 5/5 stars. Here's what they had to say.

As one of the newest dorms on campus, Cottonwood Hall is a great place to live. The rooms are relatively big, the lounges have big glass windows for natural light, and the showers are spacious. The AC/heater works well and internet connection was great (at least in my room). It's also at a super convenient location since it's right across from the dining commons and also close to the visitor parking lot. The only complaints are that it is a bit far from the ARC compared to Segundo halls and the smell of the cows can be a bit strong sometimes.

One of the relatively newer dorm buildings on campus with a game room on the first floor. Cottonwood is right next to the Tercero market and dining hall. Close walk to classes and ~10 minute walk to the gym. The triple rooms here are very spacious compared to some other buildings in the area. Overall, pretty good experience except for the occasional cockroach in the bathrooms, which are generally very clean.
