Is Campbell Hall the best dorm at UC Davis?

Loved living in Campbell, right across the street from the cows which I thought I was going to hate because of the smell but honestly miss being able to pet them when I'm stressed out. Does not have a kitchen and some rooms have thermostats to control AC but most don't, the others that don't have central heating/cooling so you won't be burning in Davis heat or freezing during the rainy season. New building so the lounge area is really nice and lots of natural light
