Is Broome Street the best dorm at NYU?
Students rated Broome Street a 4.5/5 stars. Here's what they had to say.
Only real downside is no central AC, so any rooms without windows are warm/stuffy throughout the year, and the location. Kinda far from campus and other upperclassmen dorms that are usually by union but right next to Spring St 6 stop so class is only a 10-15 min commute. The laundry rooms are NICE tho since it runs on an app that tells you when your laundry is finished and they're on each floor.
The walls are thin and noise travels but the dorm is in a great location and I really enjoyed my time there. Everyone was very helpful and kind.
