Is Troy Hall the best dorm at USC?

Apartments in Troy Hall are extremely spacious. I live in a 4-person apartment and there are 2 bathrooms total, a balcony, a big living room, and a kitchen. There is even a walk-in closet for one of the rooms. I really like the layout of the room. The building is definitely not as new as the ones at the village but everything works and it doesn't feel old at all. It's 3-min walk to Target and a 5 to 7-min walk to campus. As it is considered off-campus, it is close to all the restaurants and food places (ex. McDonald's, Pot of Cha, etc.) Most importantly, the prices are so cheap! A 2-person apartment at Troy Hall is probably cheaper than 4-person apartments at CarGar or Century.

I was placed in Troy Hall during my junior year which is weird because this dorm is actually intended for Graduate students. Part of the reason is that I applied for housing super late but glad I did because I love Troy Hall. Then I later find out that they allocate a whole floor for upperclassmen at one side of the building. It's not a very social dorm where you can hear party every night given that it's only a block away from the Frat row but there are perks of living here. A courtyard, conference room, and free parking haha. I met super cool grad students at this dorm and fellow juniors. It's a good balance of quiet and social which I like. It's super close to everything (like literally a block away); Blue Line Metro (Downtown LA - Santa Monica), USC Village, Target, Trader Joe's, USC Caruso Center, Galen Center. It's not located inside the campus but the convenience of this location is something that I appreciate a lot while staying there. It's a good 10 mins walk to get inside the campus. I wish I can stay there until my senior year but USC has this rule that you should change living space every year.
