Is Brooks Hall the best dorm at UMass Amherst?
Students rated Brooks Hall a 4.3/5 stars. Here's what they had to say.
It is actually surprisingly nice to live in Brooks Hall, Central. It is really close to the Franklin Dining Hall and is at the base of the large hill (that leads to the rest of Central Residential Area and Orchard Hill). I was super nervous when moving in because the rooms were a little smaller than the average dorm at UMass but you get used to it I guess. The ground level is newly renovated and the bathrooms on the ground level feel like HOTELS. There is an elevator. The women's bathrooms are on floors 2 & 3 and the men's bathrooms are on 1 & 4. Bathrooms are relatively clean, showers are cleaned every Thursday.
