Is Illini Tower the best dorm at UIUC?

The pipes burst in the middle of winter and the rooms were flooded and management didn't care. Apparently it's been happening for many winters already. The food sucks, management sucks, and there isn't any events. Don't live here, even though the private rooms look nice, it's way better to live in uni housing.
