Is Busey Hall the best dorm at UIUC?

My dorm was pretty decent. I had the last time slot so this dorm was the last one left with a/c. It was pretty quiet. I met only 2 people on my floor (keep in mind this was during peak COVID, like fall 2020) Communal bathroom was the only con. My room had 3 windows and a heater in between the beds. Overall, not too bad.
