Huaxy is an amazing community that is super social. The bathrooms get gross easily but overall the building is pretty clean.

location sucked but had a double to myself, food trucks every night that were pretty good but got old pretty fast

I lived here the first year it was open for freshmen, so the building was brand new and very nice as far as bathroom amenities and proximity to dorms, community centers and study rooms, rooftop access, RA's that were involved with the residents. It’s hard sharing a room with two other people especially when one is an alcoholic and doesn’t clean at all, doesn’t do laundry, etc… it would be nice if you were able to have ur own bathroom or sink at least. It’s a very new dorm, so everything you get and see is super nice. The bathrooms have rooms for the toilet and shower (still communal) instead of stalls. However, for three people in the room size we got didn’t make sense, it was cramped and hard to be in when all of the roommates are in there.
