Is Hank Ingram House the best dorm at Vanderbilt?

IMO it's the best dorm on commons. It's really close to commons, making it good if you want to grab a late night snack from munchie. It's the biggest dorm by amount of people so it's a little hard to meet everyone in the building, but you get to know your floor pretty well. Other than that the actual rooms are pretty nice with high ceilings, but other than being relatively newer it's not anything too special.

Definitely the best house for freshmen. Big, nice rooms; a little too big to develop a nice community but you'll get to know your floor pretty well. It just depends on the people. Corner rooms are huge so very nice to have people over or throw small pregames.

Overall really nice- but people tend to act more entitled/not clean up after themselves because of this. The kitchen was disgusting all year. The set-up of the showers was also not ideal (didn’t facilitate privacy). Lights in my room also went out periodically.

Hank House is easily the best on campus and on commons! Being the newest house, Hank is the biggest and has the best community. I lived in a corner room which is arguably the biggest room in Hank and on all of commons. One of the bathrooms had flies in it but it wasn't such a bother and it seemed like an isolated bathroom. Overall, I had such a great time living here and hope that others get to share in that experience.
