Is Cole Hall the best dorm at Vanderbilt?
Students rated Cole Hall a 3.8/5 stars. Here's what they had to say.
living in cole is convenient! it’s close to everything on main campus and the room has enough space to be comfortable. there’s honestly not many people, so you don’t run into others often— especially since you can exist peacefully in your single. (the seminar room on floor 2 is nice for studying in groups!) the bathrooms are definitely on the worse side of things but are at least clean! (the cleaning lady is the sweetest <3) if u choose a room on the left side of the 2nd floor, ur room is going to be 80°+ because the maintenance room is under you. it’s awful in the summer/fall. (use 2 fans and keep the windows open!!) i’ve never heard noise through the walls/floors but you can hear everything in the hallways. everyone really minds their own business & things are pleasant! def recommended if you can’t get into a residential college with better AC!
