"EBI was a great location to be on campus, in terms of classes or off-campus locations. It’s right next to West End Avenue, and is within 10-minute walking distance of most Taste of Nashville vendors. EBI also has a dining hall built into the building, so it was very convenient to get meals. However, when the dining hall is closed, you need to go somewhere else."

"I have really enjoyed my living experience here. This dorm consists of living with 9 other roommates and I feel like I have gotten to create great friendships with my roommates through living together in a Mayfield."

"Hands down one of the best places to live on campus, especially if you manage to get one of the 4-, 5-, or 6-person suites since those are massive and a great place to host parties. The singles and doubles are also decently sized compared to the older dorm buildings. Both communal and private in-suite bathrooms are kept super clean and tidy. There is Fresh Baked every Sunday evening, where the faculty advisor invites all residents up to his apartment for free baked goods. Having easy access to Kissam Center and a munchie mart is also a godsend. You also have card access to Moore College up til midnight every night so you can also use Moore’s common areas, study rooms, kitchens, etc. Only pet peeve is that it can be a bit socially dead compared to the non-residential college dorms where most parties are held, though that can be a good thing if you’re looking for a more quiet place to live. It’s also a bit far from the Rec Center. Still, it’s one of the most desirable places to live on campus. Unless you have a friend willing to pull you into their suite when someone else leaves, winning the upperclassmen housing lottery to get in here (or any other residential college) can be tough. Happy housing games and may the odds be ever in your favor!"

"Rothschild College at Vanderbilt offers a convenient and comfortable living experience. It features a range of modern housing options, including singles, doubles, and suites, and a Munchie Mart for late-night snacking. The connected dining hall is highly regarded for its excellent menu options. While sharing a bathroom with other single occupants on the floor, the spacious rooms are sparkling clean. Overall, Rothschild College is an attractive option for students seeking a modern and convenient living experience."

"Zeppos is one of the newest Residential Colleges that has singles, doubles, and 4-person suites. I lived in a double before which was really big and the suites are also pretty spacious, though they only have kitchenettes. Living next to frat row is a bit loud on the weekends sometimes, but the proximity to Centennial and Satay are worth it. The community here is great as well and Dr. Bowden is amazing!! The dining hall is only sandwiches, pasta, and flatbreads but Roth is pretty close by."
