Is Village at Vanderbilt Townhouses the best dorm at Vanderbilt?

Students rated Village at Vanderbilt Townhouses a 3.5/5 stars. Here's what they had to say.

I've enjoyed my experience living at the Townhouses, mostly because it's a lot of space for three people. I had the single room which was very spacious and had good lighting because of the balcony doors, but the double is also very big with plenty of space. The bathroom situation was convenient because there are two rooms with sinks and one shared toilet/shower upstairs, so I also got my own sink. However, the room with the shower/toilet is pretty small and dark. As a whole, the Townhouse isn't the most structurally sound building. There are quite a few cracks around doors in the unit which led to bugs getting in as well as some rain when it was really windy. Thankfully it wasn't anything too serious. Distance-wise, I had quite a few classes on Peabody, so it was convenient for those classes, but it is a bit of a walk if I have classes on main. Still, I think the benefits of having a large living room, kitchen and our own washer/dryer were worth the walking.
