Overall it’s fine to live here. For me at least, it lacked in energy and it was difficult to meet new people on your floor. I’m not sure if it was because it’s in the Honors Quad, but most people mainly stuck to themselves and I only really talked with people I knew from my high school in the dorm. The facilities are fine though and they clean often so that’s not a downside at all. Location-wise it is pretty far from central campus area but honestly the walk isn’t too bad and there are times where you can appreciate the quiet area more. It might be less stuffy than jester. And it’s near kinsolving dining which arguably has better food.
To me Andrews Dorm Was neck and neck with Carothers in terms of quality in the honors quad. The bathrooms are cleaned daily and generally empty whenever you shower. I didn't really like how the floors are divided by gender but it's whatever. Try not to live on the first floor as it's a major thoroughfare and can be loud at times at night. I also don't really recommend living here if your honors program is small, as most people tend to make friends with just people in their same program.
