Location is pretty good. Bathroom is just very nasty and not that clean. House council is pretty good and lots of good activités organized!

Clean the bathrooms, water smells bad. The building is not bad good spot. Close to hamp and classes.

Pros: Z Rooms are great, you get your own space. Right next to Hamp. One of the closest dorms in SW to the rest of campus, especially Isenberg
Cons: Bathrooms are ok but can get messy on the weekends, and it's pretty loud especially weekends but that's what comes with living in SW

Z rooms are great, i lived in Coolidge 3/4 years i was at UMass in the same room (1703) and I would honestly live there after that if I could. 17th floor is great. Elevators are fast, its next to Hamp, its in the center-ish of southwest. close to Isenberg, the parking lots and the stadium. 7 minute walk from the gym/mullins center. 10/10 would live again. If you dont mind communal bathrooms (5 showers, 5 toilets, i rarely ever showered with more than 1 other person in there, most of the time i was alone), everything else is perfect about that building.
