Is Torres House the best dorm at OSU?
Students rated Torres House a 3.1/5 stars. Here's what they had to say.
I hate this dorm so much. It feels like a hotel and the community is horrible. Even though the building looks nice you do NOT want to live here. No one leaves their doors open or wants to have any sort of relationship with their floormates. This can be really discouraging, especially if you're a freshman trying to make friends. Maybe I just got bad luck, but the dorms with more people in one room (quads and suites) tend to be MUCH friendlier
Torres is one of the newer dorms and located on lane. It’s a little out of the way of bars but Threes is right there and a bus stop is right outside. Right next to north rec too. A little far from classes even for engineering. The laundry room is nice and the bathrooms are new and cleaned everyday except weekends. The suites are really nice, I didn’t have one tho.
