The cleaning staff for the bathrooms got lazy halfway through the semester. Be prepared to clean the bathrooms yourself before using them. The rooms are okay, not very spacious or nice.

If you play xbox, ps5, pc anything u play online games on dont live here. wifi goes out every 5 min makes me want to throw my controller through my rooms ugly window.

Park strad is pretty damn good, was in a double and me and my roomy were both CSE. Lots of sunlight facing the strad green side and close to union,12th ave nice bread, and most importantly Neil. Had lots of great social memories here just talking with floor mates on late school nights. A very nice modern dorm you’ll have a good experience here!

Far walks to class as for engineering. Other than that no complaints, great clean dorm. South campus is great for the weekends as well with more food options than north.

It is less than a 5-minute walk from the Union, and by far one of the nicest dorms on South campus. Close to mirror lake, Thompson, and the psychology buildings. Has A/C (a lot of south dorms don't) and it's a 1 minute walk to the JOS rec center. Really nice windows and layout!
