Is Halloran House the best dorm at OSU?

If you’re a fan of old, dark, cramped dorms with little to no water pressure coming from your dingy showers.. then Halloran is the place for you! If you’re not a fan, like most people, then stay away from this place as if it were the plague (something you might contract if you stay here). Aside from that, the location is fantastic and would totally recommend!
