Overall not that bad. There are worst dorms. If you have a single it’s really not bad. Even if you have a double they have bigger rooms than the ones in north. The bathrooms are the worst. Cleanliness depends on who you have as floor mates. Sometimes the building gets a nasty sewage smell in the lobby area. The laundry room is bearable but that’s pretty much all the amenities we have. Kitchen is in east, which if you don’t live on the first floor is a while away but still doable. Unfortunately people would rather wash dishes in the bathroom. Great distance from the union where they have good food and there’s a gym close by. It’s not the worst dorm but it’s far from the best.

The dance studio in the basement was lit. I would often go down there and jam out with my speaker. Very old building though. No AC. My hall's bathroom only had one toilet for like 12 people so it was often hard to find somewhere to shit. Not the worst not the best. The office assistants were great though

No A/C, was horrible in the warm months. Had to hold my breath when taking out the trash because it stunk so bad and was right by my room, and would get overfilled 24/7. Showers got clogged often, roommate saw a roach. The “lounge area” was horrible, I often sat in the disgusting basement to get anything done.

Old dorm with no A/C. Quiet south campus living and beautiful views but long walks to classes.
