Is Paterson Hall the best dorm at OSU?
Students rated Paterson Hall a 2.3/5 stars. Here's what they had to say.
Lived here freshman year. The building did not have a/c or circulated air so it got very nasty and disgusting. Bathroom layout is very nice, assuming that the people on your floor aren't assholes as they aren't cleaned often. The bike room and tunnel access to kcomm was was a huge plus though
Lived in Paterson Hall as a freshman in 2016. The building itself is very old and kind of run down. Did not have A/C back then, still does not today. Has shared bathrooms that are individual bathrooms each containing a shower, sink and toilet. Despite the building not being the greatest, the community was great and I have fond memories living there. Got to know everyone on my floor very well. Did not get the same community vibes when I moved to a much newer, nicer dorm on North Campus sophomore year. Location is great, it is attached to a dining hall so you can get food without leaving the building (awesome in winter).
