The previous review from the 2013 poster is wildly out of date. Bathrooms and common areas have been renovated since then, and international students haven’t lived in Newman in years.

Nothing special but nothing wrong with it either. Being located next to Hokie Grill and the library is always a plus.

Pretty old dorm with no AC, and extreme heat in the winter. It's co-ed by floors, but it was previously an all male dorm so you'll find urinals in every bathroom.
