The building is really close to athletics and the student gym, also connected to a dining hall, but it is far from most academic buildings. Cochrane is a suite style dorm, which is very nice. Unfortunately there was no A/C but eventually that isn’t a problem once it cools off. Having a common room makes having friends over easier, but don’t let it get to the point where people are always at your place.
