The dorm itself is just a typical traditional dorm. The rooms aren’t huge but I never feel like I am in my roommates space and it’s definitely possible to make it feel homey. The closets could be tight for people with a lot of clothes, but the drawer that is included definitely helps. The bathroom situation depends on the people you live with, but even then, it gets cleaned daily so it’s not a big deal. The location is pretty good in my opinion. If you have a meal plan, it is right next to Gator Corner. The hub and Marston are only about a ten minute walk. Student Rec is also a comfortable distance (probably like 12 minutes or so). There is a kitchen with an electric stovetop, oven, and sink on every floor. It can get kind of busy at times,...

Lived in a double room

The rooms are spacious in comparison to some of my friends’ dorms (Broward, Hume, etc.). The bathrooms were always clean and I only had to wait for a shower once (I thought I would despise the communal bathrooms but I didn’t mind them at all). The common room was also very clean, I didn’t have a meal plan so I used the kitchen, the oven and stoves always worked. I never used the laundry room because I’m from Gainesville but I know Graham residents have access to 2 laundry rooms so that’s nice. The location really isn’t bad. It’s not super close to most classes but the bus stop outside the dorm was so convenient it was really never an issue ( and honestly there are very few dorms that have any kind of central location so I wouldn’t really pr...

The rooms were very roomy, had very large windows, and had temperature controls in the room. Basic square layout with closets at the front by the door. Closets were very large and had a ton of storage space, the dressers had a good amount of storage space for their size. The bathrooms on my floor (1) were almost always spotless and I only had to wait to shower 2 times ever. There are laundry rooms in the building and the building right next door (trusler). It was very quiet and clean. The dorms location is not ideal unless all of your classes are in the physics building or near the Reitz, but the bus stop right out front has busses going to the hub like every five minutes so there’s no issue catching one. The dorm is very close to the stadi...

It's very close to one of the main dining halls, the Reitz, and the O dome. Chomp it is also just downstairs. In terms of classes it's a 5 minute walk or less from the New physics building. But it's a little farther away from most classes. But there's a bus stop almost right outside the building. The communal bathroom (i lived on the 4th floor) imo was cleaner than I expected. Of course there were times where something gross happened in a stall. In terms of the common area, it had a kitchen where sometimes one of the burners on the stove wouldn't work. But there were 3 others that were working so it was fine and I was able to meal prep (I didn't have a meal plan). The janitors were pretty good about keeping the common area/kitchen clea...
