Morrill Tower
based on 4 reviews
"Morrill Tower is a suite with 4 bedrooms ranging from a single to a quad. The bathroom is shared in each suite. There are about 4 sinks, 3 stalls, and two showers side by side with curtains (no doors). The bathroom, in my opinion, was disgusting because my suite mates couldn’t clean up after themselves. The location of the building is probably a 15 min hike from central campus. The only positives are: there’s a dining hall within the building so you don’t have to go outside (food isn’t always as great though), it’s really close to the best recreation center on campus, and in some of the higher up rooms, you can see inside the football stadium." - 4 years ago

"Apply to be a resident of the most exclusive dorm in Buckeye Nation today! This historic, waterfront high-rise is a masterpiece of engineering and comfort. You will share a suite (and two whole showers!) with 11-13 of your closest friends. The state-of-the-art, double-stacked sleeping modules allow two people to sleep in the same space as one! The units were renovated just a few years ago (ca. 1983) by local interior designer Brutus Buckeye.
Hungry? Enjoy a quiet dinner at the Michelin-starred, auge à manger 'Morrill'! They offer a tasteful, rotating weekly menu of local Ohio cuisine like crab cakes, salmon, and Philly cheese steaks! Most of the staff have received at least one session of food safety training.
After dinner, stroll along the rolling banks of the Olentangy and finish the night with a friendly game of tennis on one of our private courts that are effectively open to the public.

Drackett Tower
based on 3 reviews
"The rooms aren't exactly great, but being a freshman dorm it's mostly expected. They can be pretty crowded and since there are 4 beds in a relatively small bedroom it will feel like you're on top of each other. The bathrooms are in each dorm room so that's a big plus, but the room itself isn't exactly cozy. The walls are also pretty thin and you will be able to hear your neoghbors' conversations. The community there is very good as everyone can kinda bond over how bad the dorm is. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience but I wouldn't recommend anybody to choose it." - 4 years ago

Baker Hall East
based on 4 reviews
"PROS
-Dorms are bigger for a double
-Free box fan for my year at least
-Close to Union and the music/arts stuff
-got to watch a concert in the fall on the South Oval from my dorm
-cheap for a dorm I guess
-Tradition's at Kennedy's
-Mary is an angel that only floor 4 knows
CONS
-no temperature control (even hot in winter, AC is only in rec room)
-bathrooms were always nasty (women's closest to Baker Hall W had a shared changing room for 2 showers, men's bathroom was normally covered in puke/cigarette butts)
-nothing sticks to the walls including pictures or frames
-COCKROACHES
basically, if you just want a place to sleep that is one of the cheapest options and you'll probably never be in there during the day, then this is great. If you are planning to spend any time not under the covers" - 4 years ago3 student reviewers said they lived in Baker Hall East during their freshman year

Taylor Tower
based on 5 reviews
"Taylor Tower (aka TayTow) is in a great location in Ohio State’s north campus and serves as a the honors dorm in the north residential community. Located almost directly on lane and high, it is a perfect location for most STEM classes, chipotle lovers, and those who would like to take the COTA buses and explore Columbus. For freshmen in normal (non-COVID) circumstances, you’ll end up in a quad more than likely. While it is extremely crammed for space and the rooms and building are in need of an overhaul, the room is air-conditioned and is a suite with a common area for the roommates, a bedroom with 2 sets of bunks and 4 wardrobes/“closets”, and the best part, a private bath. While it is not the most ideal living situation for quads, you get used to it after a week. Overall, definitely not a bad dorm; you can certainly do much worse! By far the best of the three honors dorms." - 4 years ago
