The location is nice, you are right next to west side dining, although it is a bit far from main campus. The building is old and it is very hot inside year round. There is an elevator, water refilling stations, and a lounge.

Building is old and run-down. Floors are covered in an ugly and dirty carpet that seems to be placed there just for the purpose of covering up stains. It is probably cleaned only once a year. Furniture is also stained and worn-down. Lighting is harsh, bright white (instead of soft yellow), making the whole ambience feel unwelcoming. You'll have your fans on full blast during the summer and your windows open all the way in the winter because you have no control over the temperature of your room. On the plus side, it's close to west dining hall and the Roosevelt mailroom. Bathrooms are also clean.
