The double rooms are a lot bigger than double rooms in Rosevelt community. Really close to East Side Dining, the food could be better but it is what it is. Located on the East side of the campus, 5 min walk to Library and core of campus. The biggest downside was the SBU102 class selection (2nd semester mandatory class).

The rooms itself are what you would expect, but these rooms get REALLY HOT even over the winter because they blast the heat(Mostly the top floor of all freshman dorms). I would highly recommend bringing a fan(Because you can't bring an AC unit). When it starts getting cooler, the heat turns on (and you don't get to control it) but there's only two settings that exist: off and 11. That heat makes 60F weather, normally very nice and very pleasant turn into torture ag...
