Thankfully a cleaning crew comes every week to maintain communal areas like taking out trash, recycling, vacuuming, and cleaning the bathrooms. You keep your own room clean. The bedroom carpets are nasty. You can request them to be deep cleaned or buy a rug. The bathrooms and kitchen are dated. You share with roommates. No washing machine. Washer and dryers are available for students. There is a small playground for families with kids. The ‘common area’ has a gym, a mini self-service shop, study area with two private rooms to study in, two printers, and a package room.
