Is Vawter Hall the best dorm at Virginia Tech?
Students rated Vawter Hall a 4.5/5 stars. Here's what they had to say.
Two volleyball courts right outside of the dorm! Was only hot without AC for roughly the first two weeks of school, which wasn’t an issue. Great location for access to the Library, Drillfield, Owens Food Court, and Hokie Grill dining halls. Closest dorm to get downtown (roughly a 3 minute walk). Great kitchen in the dorm and 3 different hang-out/study lounges on top of the kitchen! Absolutely loved it!
Vawter was very tuff. Good location. Clean dorms. Wood floors. Bathrooms were ight. Only 3 floors so easy to get up and down.
Clean, social, and unbeatable location! Not having an AC wouldn't be a dealbreaker since it only mattered for the first few weeks of school. Really great kitchen and study lounges, and really clean bathrooms!
