I lived in a mini double in Geneva Hall, which on I-House walk. Mini doubles are super small, but our living areas were spacious so I spent most of my time there! Slightly closer to the rest of campus than the res halls, so not too bad. Easy access to the street for uber/lyft/friends picking you up. Walls are thin tho so if someone's having sex the floor above and below could probably hear.
I was in the I-House community and loved the fact that most of the rooms were singles. Downside is that there's no elevator, so moving in/out was a pain. Walls aren't the best at blocking out sounds, so you may be able to hear your neighbors and roommates easily. This was an apartment, so you had your own kitchen, fridge, and living/dining room. The number of bathrooms varies, but the one I was in had four singles, double sink, a toilet, and a shower stall (not a tub). Cleaners came by once a week and would replenish supplies like toilet paper and trash liners.
