The location is amazing. that being said, the walls are incredibly thin and you can expect to hear a lot of noise. i lived in both a 5x2 and a 3x2 and both years i could hear a ton of noise from my neighbors. the first year, they were quiet but you could still clearly hear ambient noise. (i loved sleeping next to my neighbor who snored really loudly and kept me up at night.) the second year, they were just incredibly loud. agree w/ previous reviewer, we had roaches when we moved in but the maintenance team took care of it. in general, the management is super nice and very fast to respond. however, it took many complaints for them to address the noise problems we lodged against our upstairs neighbors. overall, the location is 👌🏼 the ro... It's a great place right next to campus. The previous tenants left a cockroach problem which was not addressed by the management. It kinda sucked because of that.
