Ryerson Hall
based on 7 reviews
I LOVED Ryerson hall, seriously my friends and I worshipped it. I loved the dining commons (Segundo is the best), the closeness to trader joes and frat row, and the amazing double dorms. The only reason I didn't give my dorm room a 5/5 was because it had a weird smell. But the main reason why I loved Ryerson so much was the people -- they tend to put the football players and socal kids in this dorm, which makes it such a good time. - 4 years ago

Wall Hall
based on 3 reviews
This Hall is where I spent a good majority of my 3 years at Davis thus far. I met like a third of my college friends here in the Health Sciences living community, met my significant other as the boy next door, learned how to cook in the communal kitchen, studied for literally 100s of hour in the main study area all three years, did projects here as a pledge to a frat, and was close to the quad area and tercero DC. Biking the straight path to the ARC was not even far, and as a STEM major (NPB), I was so close to all the lecture halls. Once the pandemic is done I will probably study there as a 4th year and pull a few more all nighters just like the good ole days, and I plan on taking some grad photos here to commemorate. - 4 years ago

Primero Grove

The biggest issue I had were the smoke detectors. They were far too sensitive. Other than that, this was a fantastic spot to live. - 4 years ago

Scrub Oak Hall
based on 4 reviews
I LOVED living at Scrub; it's really close to the DC, rooms are really big compared to my room back home (except Singles are like average room size?); furniture was sturdy, I half lofted my bed. Really close to all my classes as an engineering major. - 4 years ago

Currant Hall
based on 7 reviews
Current is convent since it is close to classes and Latitude for the weekdays and Terceo DC for the weekends, along with Tercero Market. It is one of the newer buildings with hall ways that are not too wide where you do not talk to anyone and also not too small so that it feels cramped. My room also had a nice view of the Latitude so and conveniently located near the stair way too. There are multiple stair ways and each one is on either side of the building and the center so it is convent. - 4 years ago

Madrone Hall
based on 3 reviews
Was apart of the first group of students to use Madrone Hall right after it was built. Clean bathrooms, clean floors, right next to the rec room. Was able to crank up the AC all I wanted. Though not having a kitchen inside did indeed suck - 4 years ago

Campbell Hall
based on 1 review
Loved living in Campbell, right across the street from the cows which I thought I was going to hate because of the smell but honestly miss being able to pet them when I'm stressed out. Does not have a kitchen and some rooms have thermostats to control AC but most don't, the others that don't have central heating/cooling so you won't be burning in Davis heat or freezing during the rainy season. New building so the lounge area is really nice and lots of natural light - 4 years ago

Cottonwood Hall
based on 2 reviews
One of the relatively newer dorm buildings on campus with a game room on the first floor. Cottonwood is right next to the Tercero market and dining hall. Close walk to classes and ~10 minute walk to the gym. The triple rooms here are very spacious compared to some other buildings in the area. Overall, pretty good experience except for the occasional cockroach in the bathrooms, which are generally very clean. - 2 years ago

Redwood Hall

Was a triple when I moved in but one of my roomies dropped Davis so we became a double and it was great! Fourth floor lounge is the best and our custodians are so nice and hard working!!! Anybody I would take into Redwood wished they lived there because it’s the newer building and doesn’t smell funny. Right by the parking lot so any food you order or uber is right there which came in handy. You get to control the AC and heat which is more than most other buildings. Met my best friends in Redwood and I’m so sad I only got to live there 2 quarters because honestly loved it!!!! - 4 years ago
