While it was nice, it was expensive and management was terrible. Maintenance issues never got fixed, and you were charged for said unfixed issues upon move-out. Walls and floors/ceilings are thin, so expect to be annoyed if you have loud neighbors. Vents are all connected, so anyone above or to the side of your room who smokes (despite it being a lease violation) will guarantee smoke in your room
