The noise levels can be really bad sometimes if you have a upstairs neighbor who’s just walking in their apartment or if you have neighbors who love to study in a group from 1am to 4am talking nonstop in the lounge

I have lived here for 2 years now and it was a good starting point as a younger college student. The rooms come fully furnished and they are newer than other buildings in Davis. We do not have to pay for electricity, internet, and other utilities because they are factored into the living cost already. For a furnished apartment, it is a standard price point. You do have to pay by the quarter instead of monthly though (payment plans available). I live in a double and have a massive room with plenty of space even though there are two full beds in there. The biggest thing that bothers me and many residents the most is the parking situation!!! You have to pay a ridiculous amount for an unassigned spot (and even more for a tandem spot, $700+) and...
