Building seems very rushed, but overall does the job. Doubles are very big, but the layout of the room doesn't allow for much movement of furniture bc the dressers are bolted to the wall. The dressers are very small, isn't sufficient room for all clothes especially bulky winter gear. Frequent fire alarms in the middle of the night, occasional issues with rodents, lack of heat/AC, broken windows, etc. I prefer Kwanza Jones' navy color scheme to Yeh's red/yellow and some of NCW's teal building interiors. Decor is weird and modern.

Building is new but seems rushed. False fire alarms go off frequently. The building is very from all necessities, and it's a good 8 minute walk to a bus stop. Doesn't help that it's located downhill. The heating between rooms is also inconsistent, and because everyone uses the same bathroom, it gets dirty quickly after it's cleaned. However, outside of the bathrooms, it's definitely the cleanest and most modern dorm on campus. No bug problems, an elevator for convenience, and a large dining hall/servery. Plenty of lounges and study spaces. Would recommend if you don't mind the bad location.

PROS: Nicely sized rooms, good bathrooms, common spaces each floor, two kitchens in JEF, best dining hall on campus. CONS: Skinny windows in some rooms, walls are THIN, elevator breaks down a lot, super far Nassau Street/Prospect
