It really depends on the residential college. Roma (Rockey-Mathey) are known for not having AC, but have good locations being near Nassau Street, the University Store (UStore), and upper campus. NCW and Yeh are known for having ongoing construction issues and are placed on the lower side of campus. Forbes is the furthest away relative to the center of campus.
