Blair Hall
based on 1 review
"Blair Hall 3rd floor: very hot first two-three weeks, but really nice the rest of the time. Actually has temperature control during the winter, but needs fans in the fall and early summer/late spring months. No bugs, but slanted ceiling. Not very good lighting" - 1 year ago

"Room 216: double + private bathroom. At first, we bunked the beds but later unbunked and arranged them in an L-shape along the back and left walls. I'd recommend stacking bookcases on top of the drawers to optimize floor space, but there’s enough room if you choose not to. For reference, we could comfortably fit a queen-size air mattress on the floor with our two desks on the right and left wall, beds in an L-shape at the back, drawers on the left and front wall, and a minifridge near the door. Lots of wall space and never had a problem with duct tape, putty, or command hooks on the paint. Note that the flooring is tile, but we didn't really need a carpet. Had a problem with ladybugs in the Spring, but they leave after a few weeks. Great view of the sunset over Forbes backyard with a lovely breeze if you open the window, and the room is air-conditioned. Super close to the kitchen, stairs, and elevator. Highly recommend" - 2 years ago

"Brand new hall that was opened in Fall of 2023 but probably the worst Hall in Yeh College due to it being the furthest south." - 2 years ago

Baker Hall S
based on 1 review
"One of the bigger quads you can get in Whitman. Like most Whitman dorms, it is clean, has AC, good lighting, and never had any issues with bugs. Very close proximity to the laundry room, water fountain, and bathrooms. My roommates and I were able to fit a futon in the room, an ottoman, a TV, and 3 scooters.
Cons:
-One bedroom is significantly larger than the other.
-The smaller bedroom borders a small study space in the halls where some people might study late at night. Was never a big issue, but a couple times someone was drawing on the blackboard at night which was really annoying " - 1 year agoWe collected 1 dorm reviews for Baker Hall S

"A corner room all to yourself. You simply cannot ask for something better than that. It's a great room with amazing natural light, plus the added bonus of a beautiful view of Poe Field from the comfort of your bed. I recommend you loft your bed." - 2 years ago

Scully Hall
based on 4 reviews
"The windows are huge, especially on the first floor! It is a pretty decent amount of space for a single and I had a good next-door neighbor for my jack-and-jill bathroom so it wasn't filthy. The only part that's inconvenient is the location compared to your classes. Kinda crappy but doable because of all of the other great things. There's also AC and elevators which are just an upgrade from many up-campus dorms." - 2 years ago

"Hargadon is a great place to live, especially the 4th floor. It is generally really quiet, the bathroom is nice, and the space allows you to feel like an adult. You can make a space for yourself that is calm and productive without having to worry about any bugs or AC issues." - 2 years ago

Emma Bloomberg Hall
based on 1 review
"Honestly, my favorite dorm I've lived in. Lots of natural light, large windows everywhere. The kitchen is relatively clean. I had a jack-and-jill, so I don't know if the communal bathrooms are clean, but there are lots of microwaves and printers and common spaces throughout the building." - 2 years ago
