I had a 2 bed studio on the 5th floor and it was not the one... it did have a kitchen in one corner but the space was far too small to live in for two people. If you can avoid it, I would!
I got a corner room on the first floor, and my bedroom was huge, bigger than the size of a regular double! My roommate's was a bit smaller, they're variable sizes. I recommend looking at the floor plans before you book. My roommate and I both got private bedrooms in a huge suite with a couch and table and chairs, and it was less expensive than most other housing. One downside: no AC. I didn't mind that the building was old, everything worked fine for the most part, save for a few quirks with the gas stove+oven.
Loved this place. Building is very run-down and i had a lot of maintenance work that needed to be done, but very private.
Old building with many design issues. Did not enjoy my time here and was happy to move out.
