"I lived here on campus for 8 fall + spring semesters in undergrad and it was probably honestly the most worth it for my money. The double rooms and living room space is definitely big enough for everyone to have their adequate storage space and the kitchen with the dishwasher and pantry provides even more space. The bathroom is split so that the toilet and shower are separate from the sink, which is super convenient if another roommate needs the sink. It’s also super convenient if you have most of your classes in Behrakis! :)" See all 14 reviews

"I lived in a Standard double in a 4bd 1bath. The rooms are massive and provide great bang for your buck especially considering it’s standard pricing. We also had an interestingly shaped apartment so we actually had more Kitchen counter space, living room area, and bigger rooms than other apartments in the building. It gets really hot in the winter but I always just left a window cracked open and it was fine. Pretty close to campus too especially if u have classes in behrakis or Ryder. There’s a pretty rundown common area downstairs, I never used it. There’s also a water fountain and laundry room downstairs. Oh and there’s an elevator." See all 9 reviews

    337 Huntington Ave at Northeastern

"Building plus: nice lounge/study area, in-house laundry with decent capacity and WATER FOUNTAIN (yes the fancy infinite goodness for the hydrohomies ones). Location is right across DMSB buildings and close to mail pickup.

    Minus:

Rats will be a problem if you leave your food outside long enough. Cereals seem to be the main attraction.

Cleaning equipment specifically vacuum cleaners are of bad quality.

Water pressure throughout building is weird, showers will have temperature dips and spikes arbitrarily.

    Microwaves are not provided.

    Rooms:

Standard Double (with living room): spacious living room and study space, very tight kitchen (2x8 ft of standing space rough estimate), would recommend for people who likes sunlight, breathing space within the dorm and cook.

Economy Triple: the unit that I actually stayed in (single room). Very small kitchen, tight rooms. Airflow is restricted. Would not recommend." See all 8 reviews

    Loftman Hall

    Loftman Hall at Northeastern

"My room was a triple turned into a double so my roommate and I had tons of space. We had a few mice which wasn’t ideal and the people above us clogged their toilet which caused water to leak into our room and bathroom. Also the heat just kinda turns on whenever so you have to sleep with a window open if you know it’ll be warm the next day. Besides that we had two bathrooms for five people which was amazing and a pretty spacious living room and okay kitchen. The walls are pretty thin so you will hear your upstairs neighbors stomping around at all times. Also no elevator so be prepared to hike up the stairs with laundry and groceries." See all 11 reviews

    Davenport Commons A and B

Out of 16 Davenport Commons A and B reviews , 15 of them said they lived here as a sophomore

Davenport Commons A and B at Northeastern

"This is specific for rooms ending in -24 (224, 324, 424, 524, 624) in DavB. Everything in general is 1.5x bigger because the rooms are ADA accessible. My single is 1.5-2x bigger than my DavA single. Living room is bigger, there’s a sectioned off part that’s our dining table. Kitchen is bigger, one of the bathrooms is bigger (but note it’s a standing shower, due to ADA compliance). Other apartments will be smaller

Building: elevator is slow, but we got new washers and dryers Location: close to everything. Whole Foods, jefes, mailroom, just maybe not the khoury building (west H) if you’re a cs major." See all 16 reviews
