Great location right across from campus, however not much natural light and no common room area. Must go to a separate building for laundry if to use school account balance.

This apartment was decent but honestly a bit overpriced for what it was. Location was amazing but you had to go to an entirely different building and get signed in to do your laundry. Also there was no AC and WiFi was on you, there was also virtually zero natural light because there were only windows in the two rooms and those faced toward other buildings like 15 ft away and that's it. The kitchen was tiny and so was the bathroom, street noise was an issue but again you're paying a premium for that location. There wasn't an elevator and you have to be VERY careful about parking your car in the alley, I wasn't even there for a whole term but I had it towed twice ($160 each time). Overall, it's liveable but there are better accommodations.
