Pretty nice apartment, although it was small. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of counter space to cook or prepare food. The bathroom was really nice, and you could tell they maintain the fixtures regularly. One caveat is that there isn't a true living room; the desks are in the common area.
The apartment I lived in at this building was tiny. It would have been the perfect size for a single person, but I had to share it with a roommate. It was unbearably cramped at times and it was definitely not good for my mental health. There is no air conditioning and window AC's are not allowed so be prepared to sweat. There is a kitchen, but it's so small that it was necessary for them to put in a half size oven (be warned: normal size cookie sheets don't fit!). The fridge also seems to take up most of the kitchen area as it sits smack dab in the middle of it. Living here with a roommate is not worth it.
