The utilities were super old and rickety. The number one issue for me was the heating; we had radiators that turned on automatically when it was around 35 degrees outside or lower, it would have been fine if it wasn't so powerful, made for some pretty miserable nights. Other than that it was a nice sized bedroom — even for two people — with a nice sized bathroom and a lot of kitchen storage.

"Crusty" is the best word I can use to describe 116 St. Stephen St... It's old and dirty and falling apart. At least the rooms are a decent size and have kitchens. Don't expect enough room to host people. Only a few apartments in the building have living rooms.

Very close to the campus, a two minute walk to most buildings, five minute walk to Snells Library. I was in a double room and it had a private kitchen and bathroom. The building however is very old and several windows were rusty and almost impossible to open. The on-site laundry is quite big but during weekends it does get packed and you might get your laundry removed if you don't get to it as soon as it ends. Mailroom is not in the building, therefore you have to carry it from Resmail.

It's an older building with some character. The location is great, right on the freshman quad basically. The rooms vary wildly between different layouts. The kitchens are gas powered cosy and the bathrooms are dated, expect an old fashioned bathtub. Ceilings are new so the lighting is good, lots of windows. Completely inaccessible so stairs at the entrance and more stairs to get to the basement and laundry. Basement is seriously dated.
