Is Summit Hall the best dorm at USF?

The room is clean, but gets dusty easily. The building is lively which is amazing, but the RLC is rude and the amount of noise complainant is extremely. We get them for door slamming and walking to late at night. The walls are thin that is not our fault, the doors are heavy that is not our fault, we exist walking shouldn’t be an issue. As well as the bathrooms are cleaned once a week and one of the toilet doors has been broken for 3 weeks, it should have been fixed.

This hall is a mix of traditional and suit dorms. So I had traditional which means I shared a bathroom with the floor.
