Don't expect WPI to clean this place more than once a semester. The upper floor bathroom frequently floods into the kitchen below it and is not dealt with in a timely manner, which is disgusting. The kitchen is fine, rooms are average for WPI, and not a lot of people live there (for good reason). Live anywhere else, please.
