I lived in a 2 bedroom 4 person 1 bathroom my freshman year and I enjoyed it 100%. Being apartment style, we were really spoiled to have our own bathroom, kitchen, and a fairly spacious living room. I was lucky enough to live on one of the higher floors so we had a great view too. These were definitely the biggest pros of living in Webb. Some cons I would say is that it is definitely very not social compared to a traditional residency hall; I only knew like less than half of the people on my floor. Also the location is on the north most end of campus, which is a good and bad thing, in that it is very close to the Lyon center (gym) and the Village but a little bit more of a walk to get to most classes (but tbh if you bring a scooter/skateboa...
Lived here freshman year. rooms are kinda cramped especially doubles and not much space for anything. Building also feels very old on the inside. Location is great though, as offers apartments on campus
I lived in a 2B1B apartment here during my freshman year and it was a great experience! Since Webb tower is apartment style living, it was already a huge improvement over other freshman dorm options. Furthermore, it has air conditioning and great views from the high rise. The rooms were spacious and the living room area was a huge bonus. I just took one star off because the building is slightly on the older side. Overall though, I would definitely recommend living here!
Lived in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath as a freshman. Being able to have AC was a huge plus, and the apartment style dorm allowed for a lot of things that normally wouldn’t fit in a freshman dorm. Webb Tower as a whole is a bit old and the location isn’t the most convenient, but it was definitely worth it for me.
I lived in one of the 1b2p room and it is spacious. I have a lot of stuff but this room allows me to put all my stuff in there and there is still a lot of space between my roommate and my bed. I would say definitely larger than village apartments. I am on one of the middle floors and we don't usually have problems with bugs. Sometimes it can be a bit noisy if there are people partying on the floor above. Overall, it's a really nice space with a fair price compared to vlg apartments.
I lived in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with four different people. The bed rooms were a bit small, but we had a pretty big living room with a very comfortable couch. The living room had very large buildings with access to natural light. As for the restroom, there were two sinks, a toilet, and a shower. The shower was pretty small (a bit smaller than a 3x3). The restroom had a sliding door with a hinge that broke several times during the year, but this was only a problem in out apartment. Lots of pantry space in the kitchen and an electric stove. Two elevators in the building and one broke down occasionally, but not too bad. Great location, right as across from the Village and the Lyon Recreation Center. Overall, pretty good place to live in.
I stayed at Webb for my 2nd year and it was actually not our top choice but we were still very happy about it. I shared it with one other person in a 1B/1B apt. We lived on the 15th floor (the highest) and it was very nice! We didn't have a problem with bugs or loud noises at all. The only thing would be the elevator that would break down every once in a while and we would have to use the stairs up :D.... But compared to other locations on campus, I would say Webb Tower is the best if you want an apartment on campus! The Starbucks is located right downstairs, the village with Trader Joe's and Target across the street, the gym literally a 1 minute walk away. Just the downside(?), it's located at the corner of campus so walking to classes tak...
Super huge closet space in decently sized rooms. I was in a high-up floor so the views were amazing (I believe the 02 & 03 rooms are the ones facing the Hollywood sign/downtown). Big living room space. The kitchen layout is a bit weird because it’s all counter space but the pantry is HUGE. We had four people in our suite and never had a problem with space. There were only three high chairs and a small round table in terms of dining space. It’s a pretty quiet building.
The 4 person (2 bedroom) apartments in Webb are HUGE. You get a bathroom for your apartment, plus a massive living room and kitchen area. On campus close to the village & 10 ft away from the 6th Starbucks USC has. The one gripe I had with the place is that you could use the stairs to go up, so you’d have to wait for one of two elevators in a 14 story building...
