Pardee Tower Reviews

While the location of Pardee is very convenient, the dorm rooms are very average. There is only one washer and dryer for the whole floor. The bathrooms are usually missing soap and paper towels. The entire floor has four showers, so sometimes it can be disgusting. Other than that, the rooms are decent. It comes mostly furnished, but a downside it no AC during the hot summers.

I loved living here freshman year. I was on the 8th floor and the view from the window was so great. Downsides would be no AC and dirty bathrooms (especially over the weekend).

Average dorm room and bathrooms were gross most of the time but perfect location on McCarthy Quad and great dorm to meet people freshman year

Pretty much the most standard freshman college dorm experience you can get, with double rooms and communal bathrooms on each floor. the floors are gender segregated (girls on evens and boys on odds) but the lounge is super fun to hang out in, bathrooms were always relatively clean, and rooms are decently sized for a double. extra fun if your floor gets really close! the building has no AC which sucks in the beginning and end of the year, but being so close to mccarthy quad kinda makes up for it IMO
