Amazing location on campus!! Near village, lyon center gym, health center, starbucks. Cleaning service twice a week for bathrooms and common room trash. The doors for each individual bedroom have locks. Sometimes noisy due to other suites partying.
I absolutely loved living in Fluor! I didn't really know anyone at USC before I started and the suite style living helped me start off with 7 good friends from the start. Plus, air conditioning, living room area, and private bathroom make it a really nice place to live. Bathroom has 2 stalls, 2 showers, and 3 sinks for the 8 of you.
Fluor’s single is expensive but worth it if you want your own private room and bathroom. In terms of the social aspect it’s very easy to make friends with the larger suites living on either side, and if you leave your door open people are always walking by.
Suite-style living is a great way to meet people! Some of my suitemates became my closest friends, as was the case for other people I met in the building. USC housing does a good job of putting people into suites/floors based on your housing questionnaires. Spacious rooms, air conditioning, chill RAs. Also only sharing a bathroom with a few other people is a major plus.
