Bruce is right in the heart of campus, and you only need to share a kitchenette, living room, and bathroom with your 3 roommates instead of a whole floor. No A/C but it’s only bad for the first two weeks of the semester. Easily the best freshman dorm imo. Bruce means business

Best place for freshmen to live imo. not too much emphasis on the business llc aspect but still super great environment

There's either the 4 person suite or the 6 person suite. Both suites have small kitchens with a microwave and sink. The 4 person suite has one bathroom and a medium-size common room with a couch and a couple of chairs. The 6 person suite has 3 doubles and two bathrooms. The common room is huge, and it's right next to the laundry unit (highly recommend).
