Allen is a bit outdated campares to other dorms but for the price, size, and amenities of the dorm I wasn’t complaining. I lived in a quad and it was VERY spacious. Not sure if this is the case for every quad , but the bathrooms and water fountain were in front of my dorm so that was a plus :) They also offered classes in house I took about 5 classes (psych, Art, Eng, photography, and violin) I lived here in 2019 when the dinning hall was still open so it was convenient to go to class and then go downstairs to eat. (Food was like 8/10 on a good day and 4/10 on a bad one). Pro tip: If you’re vegan or vegetarian, you can go to through the tunnels and go to “fields of green” at LAR which is a vegetarian and vegan 🌱 dinning hall. There’s also ... See more
