Classic college dorm double. Great location that puts you near a dining hall as well as Calhoun street with a number of different places to hang out in your free time. The community is great, but the building is older and the elevators frequently break down.

The classic college dorm experience. Not a lot of space, but a lot of community. If you get a room facing the south, and above the 6th or so floor, you get amazing views of the Ohio River valley and downtown. There are three elevators in the building, that are sketchy at best and usually broken. So sometimes it's best to keep some stuff on you when going to class in-case they break. You're also super close to usquare, which has food and booze, and market pointe, which has "free" food. Some pros: - Lots of chances for making lifelong friends and unique experiences. - Really social environment - 13th floor is a study floor with excellent views of the area. - Common spaces on the first floor are a great place to hangout or people watch. - Usq...

Very average dorm hall. Paid laundry is pretty dumb so if you have a friend with a house or apartment with free laundry I would recommend taking it there. 3 elevators constantly breaking resulting in lines and full elevators when it gets to your floor. If you live on floors 1-4 don't take the elevator to avoid nasty looks and holding up people coming from higher floors. A few break-ins happened during my first semester, doesn't help that it's facing a more dangerous area. Three doorways but you can only use the back door for safety reasons. The 13th (top) floor is a study floor with good drinking fountains and two private bathrooms (no showers) if you need to go while your floor's is getting cleaned or, more commonly, there's a clog or ...

Never have to buy paper towels, u can take em from the bathroom. Very social place so it’s easy to make friends, but the cleanliness is not top notch
